A New Chapter Begins

Before a home begins its transformation, it is important to understand what is already there.

For our latest project in Mutiara Damansara, we began with a detailed walkthrough of the property, reviewing both its interior and exterior spaces before moving further into the renovation process.

Understanding the Existing Home

Every renovation presents a different set of possibilities. During the initial site assessment, we examined the existing layout, site conditions and outdoor areas to determine what could be retained and where improvements could create the greatest impact.

The objective is not simply to make the house look different. It is to develop a renovation plan that improves how the spaces connect, function and support the homeowners’ daily routines.

• Existing features that may be retained or upgraded
• Areas where the layout could be improved
• Interior and exterior spaces that require attention
• Practical movement and functionality throughout the home
• Coordination of renovation and construction works

From Site Assessment to Construction

The video captures the property at the beginning of its transformation, including the original condition of the house and the early progress of exterior works.

Although the completed result is still ahead, the renovation process has already begun through careful observation, planning and on-site coordination. These early decisions will guide how the property gradually takes on a more cohesive, practical and refreshed identity.
